What Is Z-Works?
A zombie server never seen before on Stormworks.
Z-Works is our custom zombie survival server set in a custom city map, focused on progression and intense, unforgettable gameplay. Fight a multitude of zombies featuring unique types and abilities, and earn money and XP through combat and dynamic world events like airdrops - all supported by a per-player economy system and persistent progression.
Liked cuhHub Missions? You'll be happy to know that the best features from Missions have been carried over and improved.
Zombies
Zombies are the flagship feature of this server. Take on zombies that feature diverse abilities and types. As you progress through the server, you'll experience tougher, more rewarding zombies.
Progression
Just like cuhHub Missions, Z-Works also features a strong progression system. As you progress through the server, you'll unlock rank milestones that grant you access to new features and content. Use ?milestones/?ms to see all unlockable milestones.
Achievements
Our custom achievements system rewards you for your accomplishments. Unlock achievements to receive easy money and XP rewards. You can also use ?achievements or ?ac to see all unlockable achievements and track your achievement progress. Can you get 100%?
World Events
This server comes with a world events system, allowing you to experience unique events as you traverse the map. These events can include airdrops, with more coming with future updates.
Per-Player Money
Just like cuhHub Missions, our custom per-player economy allows you to focus on your own progression without worrying about other players occupying your money.
Earn money by killing zombies, repairing structures, activating airdrops, and more!
Surge Events
When night strikes, our server introduces a special surge event. During these events, zombies become significantly tougher to defeat, but with the added benefit of increased rewards.
Statistics
Unlike our other servers, Z-Works tracks plenty of statistics about your gameplay for you to see at any time with ?stats. Most achievements are linked to statistics, so the higher you get your stats, the more likely you are to unlock achievements.
User-Friendly
Our servers aim to guide you and make your experience as smooth as possible, and Z-Works is no exception. With a custom UI, helpful occasional tips, and a focus on user-friendliness, you can focus on the fun parts of the server without getting confused. Z-Works also features in-game guides, accessible with ?zguide.
Anti-Lag
Just like our other servers, Z-Works comes with a custom anti-lag system to ensure laggy vehicles do not stick around. This allows for the server to remain at high performance, keeping your experience smooth.
Cargo
Just like cuhHub Missions, Z-Works features cargo! Retrieve cargo by heading to a cargo depot marked on the map and typing ?cargo/?ca in chat. Cargo will spawn for you, and it is your responsibility to deliver it to its destination for a reward.
...and so much more - join and find out!

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some frequently asked questions about our Z-Works server.
You may find an answer to your question here.
Where are the rules?
You can find the rules in our Discord server.
If you see a player breaking the rules, please report them in our Discord.
How do I join?
Joining is simple. Simply launch Stormworks, open the in-game server browser, and search for "cuhHub".
From there, click the join button next to our Z-Works server.
Where can I find the in-game commands?
Use ?help in-game to see a list of available commands.
Additionally, see our Getting Started page for more information.
Why won't zombies spawn for me?
If zombies are not spawning, there's a good chance that you are either:
- At too high of an altitude
- In a safe zone
- On a short spawn cooldown
- Peace time is active
What does it mean if a zombie has a flare above them?
If a zombie has a flare above them, that means they have spawned with the "Explosive" ability.
Be careful with these zombies! If they manage to attack you, or die, they immediately explode!
Why are zombies only chasing me?
When a zombie spawns, they are assigned a target. No matter what, the zombie chases this target and will never switch to a different one for performance reasons.
This is why zombies only chase you - even if another player is closer.
What are these "radio towers"?
Radio towers are one of the varying structures placed around the map, referred to as "fixables". If the icon is orange, that means the structure is broken and requires repair.
If you head over to it, you can repair it by pressing the onboard "Repair" button, which will then grant you XP and money rewards.
These structures are marked on the map. You can see if they need repair or not based on the icon colour, the map label text, or by hovering your mouse over the icon.
Is the city map a public mod?
The city map used in Z-Works is indeed a public mod (although it has been modified), and the creator has given us permission to use it in Z-Works.
If you would like to use it yourself, check it out through the button below.
What are airdrops?
Airdrops are crates that parachute down from the sky. If you get close, the airdrop will spawn and parachute down towards the ground.
On these airdrops is an activation button, which you can press to receive XP and money rewards.
Airdrops are marked on the map, and are announced when they spawn. Happy airdrop hunting!
How can I access my custom inventory?
Z-Works comes with a custom inventory system allowing you to store many more items for when you are not in a safe zone.
This comes in handy if you need to store more ammo, in case you run out.
To access your inventory, simply type ?inventory/?in in chat.
What are call-ins?
Call-ins are, simply put, things you can "call in". Use ?callins/?ci to deploy a call-in management panel (similar to ?inventory) that allows you to see available call-ins, as well as deploy a call-in.
Call-ins cost money and require you to be above a certain rank, however.
Why do the zombies chase so slowly?
At low ranks, only easier zombies will spawn for you. As you progress through the server and rank up, you will unlock new zombie types - from sprinters, all the way to absolute giants.
Use ?milestones/?ms to see all available rank milestones - including the individual zombie type milestones.
Why are DLCs required?
Two DLCs are required:
- Industrial Frontier (Arid): Required for the zombies and the Arid area of the map the server is based in.
- Search and Destroy (Weapons): Required for you to use weapons against zombies.
Is PvP allowed?
Yes! PvP is allowed outside of safe zones, but it is recommended to team up.
If a player attacks you within a safe zone, please report them in our Discord server.
I've lost all my money, what do I do?
If you lose all your money and cannot progress whatsoever, you have two options.
- Ask another player to donate to you using ?pay.
- Use ?reset to start over from scratch.
Why did my vehicle get despawned?
Our addon may despawn your vehicle if it is deemed too laggy on spawn, or you reached a limit.
You will be notified of the exact reason your vehicle despawned in chat and on the right-side of your screen via notifications.
If you reached the vehicle limit, use ?c to despawn your vehicles.
How do I suggest a feature?
We love hearing suggestions from our community!

How do I get the IDs of my vehicles?
Use ?vehicles in-game to see a list of your vehicles and their IDs.
You can also see the ID of a vehicle by getting close and looking at it.
